"During the PM's last visit to Kashmir, security personnel did not allow me to meet him," he said. "This time I am sure I will get a chance to meet the prime minister," Shah said.When asked about the change in Jammu and Kashmir since its special status was revoked in 2019 and it was converted to a Union Territory from a state, he said the change is obvious because Prime Minister Modi is focused on the state. "There is a change in the situation, the development activities are taking place at a good pace and the Union Territory is marching forward," he said.Shah stated that he would like to talk with Modi about the concerns of educated and unemployed youths, as well as the development of the Union Territory's industrial sector.
