₹50,000 financial compensation to family who faced Covid-19 death in delhi

On Tuesday Delhi chief minister Arvind kejriwal announced 50000 rupees as financial compensation for families who had covid deaths in the national capital according to ANI report. He also promised a monthly pension or rupees 2500 in addition to families which lost their only bread earners due to the infection."If the husband dies, the pension will be given to the wife, if the wife dies it will be given to the husband. If an unmarried person dies, the pension will be given to her or his parents," Kejriwal said. In addition to that to sustain the rights of children who lost their parents announce monthly pension of 2500 to those children's and till they attain the age of 25 years."The children who have lost their parents to Covid-19 will be provided free education by the Delhi government," CM added.

To assist the poor I have lost employment and is having difficulty to feed themselves and their families, he took this step. "There are 72 lakh ration card holders in Delhi and they are given 5 kg ration by the government every month. This month, the ration will be given free of cost. Besides this, an additional 5 kg free ration is being given by the Centre, so they're being given 10 kg free ration this month," Kejriwal said.
