Aditya Puri, an experienced banker and former CEO of HDFC Bank, joined the board of directors of pharmaceutical company Solara Active Pharma Sciences as chairman. Cigars and other merchandise were added to the board of directors after the company approved its June quarter financial results at a Wednesday meeting.
