Legal actions being taken against Apple by a US man for repeatedly accusing him for the multiple thefts in Apple stores. He claimed the robberies were done by others using his identity.
The case was filed on May28 which claims Ousmane Bah, the plaintiff was falsely accused of the thefts in some Apple Store, followed by his arrest in New York in November 2018.
According to the case filed, Ousmane Bah was given a learner's driving permit in New York state in March 2018, that was a print out of his height, weight, date of birth, and eye colour, but not his photograph.
In the next two months Bah lost his temporary permit. Later received a permanent plastic version that included his photograph.
The temporary permit that went missing was supposed to have been misused by those responsible for the Apple Store theft in Greenwich, Connecticut in April 2018.
The one responsible for the theft didn’t resemble Bah at all, the thief was Black and 6 foot 1 inch tall whereas Bah is 5 foot 7 inches.
