Ashoka Pradhan's gang arrested for murder
On June 25, Delhi police arrested three members of Ashok Pradhan's gang for the murder of an 18-year-old man in the village of Qutub Gar. According to police, the defendants went to a hardware store, threatened the store owner with weapons and offered money. They opened fire when a victim working in the store tried to call the police. The defendants were Pankaj, 24, Aniket, 23, and Shiv Jeet, 41, all residents of Haryana.
DCP Pranav Tayal from Rohini District reported that the defendants fled to Kanjhawala after committing the crime.
"After efforts, the accused were arrested from Rohini district and disclosed that committed the instant robbery with murder in conspiracy allegedly hatched by one Ashok Pradhan, a jailed Gangster in connivance with his henchmen Abhishek. Weapons of offense (Pistol), the robbed cash and a bike used in a crime have been seized from accused persons."A case under several sections of IPC has been registered and further investigation in the matter is under process, a senior official stated.
Ashok Pradhan’s current obsession was eliminating Neeraj Bawana and his associate Naveen Bali, both of whom are presently in jail, on one of their upcoming court appearances. Since after implementation of the COVID-19 protocols, physical appearances of undertrial prisoners have been stopped, the accused were waiting for its resumption which has just begun.

Ashok Pradhan joined the neutralized gangs of Nitu Daboda and Kismat in 2001. He arrived at the scene of the main crime, where he killed the head of the village in Bahadurgarh in Haryana and a doctor in the city of Bahadurgarh. Both murders were ordered by Nitu Daboda and were ordered. He later committed crimes with Nitu, Daboda, Kismat and other crimes and was charged with several criminal cases, including contract murder, murder and kidnapping for ransom.
In 2004, his older brother was killed in prison by his rival Rajiv, who lives in Ashoda, Haryana state. In 2016, he killed Krishan, a resident of the village of Barahi in the village of Haryana, and his second mentor, Kismat. After being ransomed again, he disappeared from police sight and, thanks to continued criminal activity, received prizes of Rs 5,000,000 in Haryana and Rs 25,000 in Delhi.
