Black marketing of oxygen cylinders in Delhi, CAT ambulance staff arrested
2 CAT ambulance staff were arrested by South Delhi Police on Monday(May 10) were caught selling Oxygen cylinders illegally.
Pawan, a trained health care worker and his partner were caught selling medical oxygen cylinders in black siphoned from a CAT ambulance in which they worked.
Pawan, on the first attempt, tried to mislead the police, but on strict interrogation and the information received from his phone, he accepted his crime of selling oxygen in black.
The Ambedkar Nagar police station received a complaint about the illegal sale of oxygen, after which the police investigated and traced the phone number and caught hold of Pawan.
Pawan posted his mobile number on social media so that people who need oxygen can contact him easily.
He used to make 40,000 for 15 lits and 90 thousand for 50 lits, the investigation revealed.
