The Bombay High Court on Saturday dismissed applications recorded by the businessman Raj Kundra and Ryan Thorpe testing Magistrate Court's remand request and looking for surefire discharge regarding the pornography case.
The High Court, in its request, said that there was nothing incorrect in the Magistrate Court's structure when it remanded Raj Kundra to police custody.
On July 27, a court in Mumbai sent Actress Shilpa Shetty's husband Raj Kundra alongside his partner Ryan Thorpe to legal custody for 14 days.
Kundra was arrested by police on July 19 alongside 11 others on charges identified with the supposed making of obscene movies. Prior to August 2, the Bombay High Court saved its request on their petitions.
During the procedures of the court, the examining official had told the court that 68 porn recordings were found on Kundra's PC.
"There was a PowerPoint presentation (PPT) on Kundra's laptop with details of the Hotshots app. The PPT has financial projections, marketing strategies and what the app is all about," police informed the court.
