The Cochin International Airport Ltd (CIAL) has won a worldwide honor for nature of administration. Air terminal Council International (ACI) Director-General Luis Felipe de Oliveira, in a communique reporting the acknowledgment, said the CIAL reliably conveyed greatness in client care by winning various ASQ grants more than five years during the previous 10 years.
"The Cochin International Airport has consistently delivered excellence in customer service by winning multiple ASQ awards over five years during the past 10 years and is one of the few six airports worldwide that will receive the recognition this year," he said.
The ACI, a worldwide group of air terminal administrators, set up the Roll of Excellence acknowledgment to those air terminals, which according to the travellers, have reliably conveyed fantastic help.
