The International Baccalaureate signed a deal with the Delhi Board of School Education to become a knowledge partner With the International Baccalaureate's (IB) help, Delhi's newly formed Delhi Board of School Education has signed an agreement with the IB to adopt global practices in the fields of curriculum and assessment in 30 Delhi government schools during the 2021-22 school year.DBSE-affiliated Sarvodaya schools (Classes Nursery-8) and 20 Schools of Specialized Excellence (Classes 9-12) will now have access to the highest international standards of education,

" In 159 countries, the IB has collaborated with approximately 5,500 schools.As Mr. Kejriwal noted, "they have worked with the governments of the U.S., Canada, Spain, Japan, and South Korea, among other developed nations."

"In the last six years, the Delhi government has invested heavily, both in terms of commitment and financial resources," he said. IB became a knowledge partner of a government board.Foreign experts will be brought in to train the DBSE-accredited school system and improve its quality, the government said. As a result of IB oversight, schools will undergo inspection, verification, and certification, allowing more schools to join the DBSE.
