Did UP CM really cry for children dying due to brain fever?

Our prime minister Narendra Modi while talking with the frontline healthcare workers of Varanasi in yesterday's video conferencing mentioned about UP CM yogi Adityanath crying due to the children's death in uttar Pradesh when he was the member of parliament. But after investigation it seems that the current CM did not cry in the house due to the death of children in the state due to brain fever but rather he cried because he was jailed by mulayam Singh Yadav government in 2007 for 11 days and the then speaker of the parliament ask him to speak about the same. While wiping out loud in the parliament he said “I have become a member of the Lok Sabha for the third time from Gorakhpur. For the first time I won by 25 thousand votes, the second time by 50 thousand and the third time I have come with about one and a half lakh votes. But the way I am being made a victim of political ,political bias, for the past few times, I have only come to ask you whether I am a member of this House or not? And will this house be able to give me protection or not? If this House cannot give me protection, then today I want to leave the House and go back. Does not matter to me. I have retired from my life for my society. I have left my family. I have left my parents. But today I am being criminalized. Only under political bias. Just because I had exposed corruption cases there." Meanwhile, it seems that our prime minister has forgotten the incident and linked it with the death of children in UP which never happened at that particular time and has mistakenly associated it with the present healthcare crisis.
