Chemplast Sanmar Limited, a specialty chemicals company, set a price range of 530-541 per share. Rs3,850-crore offering includes 1,300-crore fresh equity share issue and a 2,550-crore offer-for-sale (OFS). Anchor investors have contributed more than 1,732 crore to Chemplast Sanmar, according to a statement released on Monday.
As of August 12, the price range for Aptus Value Housing Finance's public offering is 346-353 per share. In the initial public offering (IPO), promoters and existing shareholders will sell up to 6,45,90,695 equity shares.
