Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu thanks countries supporting Israel, Indians ask,' where is India?'
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Saturday took to Twitter to thank all the countries that stood by Israel during the Israel-Palestine war.
Israel on Saturday slammed the Gaza Strip with airstrikes, in a dramatic escalation that included bombing the home of a senior Hamas leader, killing a family of 10 in a refugee camp – most of them children – and pulverizing a high-rise that housed The Associated Press, Al Jazeera, and other media. - as the free press journal reported.
The ministry of Gaza informed that 120 Palestinian were killed, which includes 40 children and 20 women. One thousand others were injured.
Benjamin on Twitter shared flag emoticons of the countries who supported Israel throughout the war and added, "Thank you for resolutely standing with Israel and supporting our right to self defense against terrorist attacks."
Indians were left displeased after the tweet. Indians always stood by Israel and believed that Gaza should be destroyed. Indians are angry at Netanyahu for not including the Indian flag. Many are asking why India has not been thanked; others are asking Indian PM to clear out his view on this.
