DK Shivakumar congress chief in Karnataka on Saturday slapped a man who was a worker in his party and attempted to put his arms around him.

This incident took place during the visit to the district headquarters town of Mandya to inquire about the health of an ailing veteran leader.
BJP national general secretary CT Ravi has tweeted the video of the incident and asked congress national leader Rahul Gandhi whether he had given the “license for violence” to Karnataka Congress chief, whom he referred as the follower as kotwal Ramachandra(underworld don in the 1970s and 1980s).
Karnataka BJP called him as “Rowdy DK Shi”, and said he should learn behavior to conduct himself in public.
