The applicants fought that the National Highway Authority of India was not after the bearings of the State government about the arrangement of the proposed augmenting of National Highway-66.
As indicated by the applicants, the Kerala government's idea to present a few changes in the arrangement was ignored. Their complaint was that the arrangement of the public thruway itself was changed and the land securing was focused on the northern side of the current public interstate, to save a Mosque.
Declining to acknowledge the dispute of the candidates, the court said it would not be capable of meddling with the procurement procedures except if there was patent illicitness or mala fide activity.
