How to Check Application Status
Nyaka's Initial Public Offering(IPO) is likely to be finalised by Monday, opening up the share allotment chart. Nyaka Operator, FSN E-Commerce Ventures Ltd, reported the turning in of a galactic response for IPO. Nyaka IPO has recorded 81.78 subscribers, as against 2.64 crore shares were on offer. The price band allocated was between 1,085 and 1,125 per share.
The National Stock Exchange regarded Nyaka as the most popular E-Commerce platform with bids of over 216.59 crores shares against total issue size of over 2.64 crore shares.
Today, the investors can check their share allotment states. Application output can be viewed in two ways:
Via BSE, and
Via JPO Registrar's Website.
Once shares get allocated by today, ineligible investors will get their whole amount refunded. Equity shares credited to the demat account of eligible investors will get added by November 10.
How to check status via BSE:
Log in to the official BSE website, via URL(https://www.bseindia.com/investors/appli_check.aspx).
The 'Status of Application' page will open, which requires you to click on the 'Equity' option.
Select 'FSN E-Commerce Ventures Ltd' from the drop down to select the issue name.
Write your Application Number and the Permanent Account Number(PAN) in the respective rows.
Then verify yourself by clicking on 'I am not a robot' and click 'search' to view your application status.
How to check application status via the IPO Registrar's Website( Link Intime India)
Search and enter the Link Intime website via URL (https://www.linkintime.co.in/IPO/public-issues.html)
In the drop down list for 'Company', select 'FSN E-Commerce Ventures Ltd'. The name will be populated only if the allotment is finalised.
Select either one of the three: Application No, Client ID or PAN ID.
In the type of application, click ASBA and non-ASBA.
Enter the details of the mode you have selected.
Fill in the 'Captcha' and click on the 'Submit' button.
The segment for qualified institutional buyers had 91.8 times subscription. The shares of non-institutional investors submitted 112.02 times. The retail of individual investors subscribed 12.24 times. The share of the employee's portion was booked 1.88 times.
