Rahul Dravid, team India’s former captain and the Head of National Cricket
Academy will coach Team India in the up-coming Sri Lanka tour.
"The Team India coaching staff will be in the UK and it is best that the young
team is guided by Dravid as he has already worked with almost all of the India 'A' boys.
The comfort the youngsters share with him will be an added advantage," an official told
The tour will have three ODIs and as many T20s between July 13-27.
This will be Rahul Dravid’s second session as coach to the senior men’s team,
after he travelled with the team as batting consultant on England tour 2014.
