Rahul Gandhi explains the term "free" in vaccination demand.
On Thursday, Rahul Gandhi urges free vaccine from the Centre. He also added dictionary meaning of the word "free" to emphasize his point.
Congress has been demanding to the government that there should be no discrimination in providing vaccines.
Rahul Gandhi's tweets read "free /friː/ adjective, adverb — costing nothing, or not needing to be paid for," and then went on to illustrate the usage of the word "free" through two examples relevant to his demands, "India must get free Covid vaccine. All citizens must receive the inoculation free of charge." "Let's hope they get it this time."
Gandhi's tweets came the day after India started registration for the people above 18 on the Cowin website, where 11.6 million people registered for themselves.
Wayanad MP also attacked Modi Government for not providing free vaccine, as he blames that people money are used in producing vaccines, and they are charging the highest price from the public only.
