On June 26, 2021,Sajan Prakash wrote a history, as he became the first Indian swimmer to reach the qualification mark 'A'. And he booked a berth in the Tokyo Olympics. 27-year-old Sajan Prakash says that " I had worked very hard for this moment. I have set a target and I achieved it. There are many people who are giving me support and are able to achieve this. I'm glad to have them and I didn't let them down" Said by him.
