Section 66B of IT Act to be added in mobile theft cases: Delhi Police

The city police on Saturday told a Delhi court that it has chosen to add section 66B of the IT Act in different mobile theft cases while answering to its inquiries. On July 22, a Delhi Court has asked city police for what good reason Section 66B of the IT Act has not been conjured in cases like mobile burglary. 

Metropolitan Magistrate Deepak Kumar asked the Okhla Industrial space of the South-East District police headquarters to record a report on its inquiries why area 66B of the IT Act has not been conjured in cases like mobile robbery. Section 66 B of the IT Act manages deceptively getting taken PC assets or specialized gadgets. 

Examiner presented that all the exploring authorities have been advised and cautioned to agree with the request for the court during the examination of such cases and Compliance of orders of the court is being taken on main concern. 

Prosecutor likewise instructed  the court that now in these specific cases section 66B of the IT Act has been added.
