Ten metric tonnes liquid medical oxygen tanker reaches LNJP Hospital.
Amid the oxygen crisis in the national capital, there is good news in Lok Nayak Jai Prakash Narayan (LNJP) hospital received a supply of 10 metric tonnes of Liquid Medical Oxygen early morning at 10 am on Monday.
It came as a huge relief to the hospital as it ran out of its backup stock of oxygen. LNJP is receiving a large number of Covid-19 patients in its hospital. So mid-crisis, this is a big relief to the hospital.
AAP MLA Raghav Chaddha, also the Chairman of LNJP hospital, gave this information on his Twitter handle about the tanker is on its way to refill the oxygen stock in the hospital.
On Saturday, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, during the meeting with PM, also told about the crisis of oxygen in the capital. On Saturday, the Delhi High Court ordered the Centre and Delhi government to coordinate on making the availability of oxygen in hospitals as patients can’t be left to die.
