Twitter cannot behave like Digital East India Company in news photos
On Thursday, The former Infosys Co-founder Mohandas Pai said that the social media app 'Twitter' can't behave like a digital East India Company. He also said all have freedom of speech and freedom of expression.
Mohandas Pai said that "Twitter cannot behave like a digital East India Company." He further added "We don't live under Twitter's protection, we don't need Twitter to support our freedom of speech."
Mohandas Pai's statement came after Twitter said it was worried about "potential warning to freedom of expression" among new IT rules.
In an interview, the former Infosys CFO said that we don't need any kind of protection of Twitter to live and don't need Twitter to support any kind of freedom of speech.
