Two individuals have been confined by the Crime Intelligence Unit (CIU) of Mumbai Police's Crime Branch on Saturday regarding the scam bomb alarm in four areas of the city.
According to Mumbai Police's assertion, an unidentified guest took steps to bomb three rail route stations and actor Amitabh Bachchan home, which ended up being a trick call.
"Police Control Room received a phone call last night, threatening that bombs have been placed at four locations across Mumbai. They said the bombs have been placed at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT), Dadar, and Byculla railway stations, as well as at the residence of actor Amitabh Bachchan," police said.
Prior the police said that they were attempting to follow the area and character of the guest.
Mumbai Police, alongside Railway police and bomb crew led a look in and around every one of the four areas yet no dubious item was found.
