Lakhimpur Kheri Voilense
Lakhimpur: the viral video of a black SUV which speedily ran over the farmers and apparently forced the protesting farmers to back out. The protest took place over the death of eight farmers. The viral video of the Black SUV, was posted by the Congress Leader Priyanka Gandhi on her Twitter account, Priyanka is under the police custody after she attempted to march for the protest in Lakhimpur but was detained from Sitapur while still on the way to Lakhimpur.
In the viral video posted by Priyanka on her Twitter account, she further questions PM Modi that why the driver of the SUV is still not arrested after such a dark and dangerous incident, in the 29 second clip it is clearly seen that a vehicle followed by the black SUV is seen raising questions on the version of the Union minister Ajay Mishra Teni, who further claimed that the vehicle moving on its full speed attacked the farmers which lead to an accident.
On the other hand, the Aam Aadmi Party’s Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh tweeted the same video and raised the questions regarding the minister’s claim. “It is clearly seen in the video that the farmers were moved down, but the Union Minister's son said that he was busy in a wrestling competition held at a village”. Furthermore In another tweet, Singh wrote: “Just see the speed of the vehicles of the killer of farmers, Adityanath Ji, when will these killers be arrested?'' With this viral video which spread like a wildfire, BJP MP Varun Gandhi also joined the Opposition’s demand for the probe in the video,
Where he said that those who are responsible for deliberately ploughing the farmers should be arrested. Furthermore, Teni claims that his son Ashish Mishra, who is booked for the case of murder, was not present in the vehicle when this dangerous incident took place. He even said that the protesters threw stones and kept on attacking the vehicle due to which the driver lost control over the starting of the vehicle and lost control which in turn resulted in the vehicle running over the farmers. Eight farmers have lost their lives and several others were injured in UP’s Lakhimpur Kheri on Sunday which led to a different scenario within the country since the farmer’s protest began over the three agricultural bills passed by the Central government last year.
