Bihar University Reopen
The state education minister had announced the reopening of educational institutes in the state. On the first page universities, colleges will be reopened, in the second phase high schools will be reopened, in the last phase the primary schools and middle schools will be reopened, he said.
Schools have remained closed from March 2020 after the first wave of schools has been opened but it is permitted for some days only. In The Last few days, schools are closed due to the rapid increase of cases.
On Monday, After reviewing the situation in the state, the Bihar government had decided to reopen colleges and universities with 50% of attendance.
Schools will reopen up to XI and XII, government training institutions will be reopened with 50% of attendance. Special arrangements are made to vaccinate students with age above eighteen, teachers, and parents.
The government said that online education will be continued for children. Coaching centers and other educational institutes are not allowed to open.
Entrance exams and competitive exams will be held according to covid protocols as instructed by the central government.
Nitish Kumar, Bihar’s chief minister had tweeted that " Universities, colleges, educational institutions, government training institutions, schools up to XI and XII will be reopened with 50% of attendance. Special arrangements will be made for students to vaccinate, he tweeted in Hindi.
