The LinkedIn workforce confidence index says that on Tuesday women are more worried about their jobs, the time they are spending on the job in this second wave pandemic.
According to the survey, which took 1891 responses from people on May 8 to June 4 says that Covid-19 second wave had left the Indian professionals, particularly for Gen Z workers and women employees increasingly at high risk to economic unpredictability.
Today Indian working women are expected to worry about availability of jobs, the time they spend on work, professional network and also financial stability of women.
They are expected to be more than men, the survey says.
LinkedIn Indian manager, Ashutosh Guptha said that, as India slowly begins to come out of the second corona wave, hiring rate will recover from April 10% to 35%in May ending.
Remote working jobs like work from jobs are the ray of hope for employment and growth of institutions. These may help to bounce back to the workforce, Guptha added.
